bright lighting broken shower
The location was fine. It was near the train station. it was a short walk to the tram stop.
The lighting in the bedroom reminded me of a hospital room, too bright. the bedside light was too dim to read by, what a joke. the shower door was broken, so water leaked all over. i also found cigarette butts on the balcony. Housekeeping really dropped the ball.

good breakfast convenient location cute staff
I found the breakfast to be quite good. The hotel's location was very convenient, being close to the train station. The staff was really cute and helpful.
The room was quite small and , made movement difficult.

The reception staff provided helpful and cute service at all hours. They addressed inquiries efficiently and offered assistance with directions to nearby attractions. I thought it was really amazing. I am very grateful.

My room included a very comfortable bed and adequate storage space for luggage. The room was generally clean, though a bit compact. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and order.

The hotel is located within a short walk from Porta Nuova rail station, providing easy access to transportation. Several minimarkets are nearby, and the city center is easily reachable. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

helpful staff cute staff convenient location
the reception staff was helpful and cute. breakfast staff was attentive, smiling, and helpful. the hotel is near porta nuova station and a short walk to a tram or bus. it is convenient if one does not want to walk far.
the room and bathroom were too small for a couple with two pieces of luggage.
